Climate data (scientist)?

We want to design a world-map which indicates where Sponsh would work and where not. To do that we need (to combine) data on precipitation, humidity, temperature and sunshine.

Do you know someone with knowledge of- or access to international weather data, maps and organisations? Or a data scientist, willing to help out? That would help us loads!

This is really cool: ecosia.org. This search engine plants trees with the cash generated by your searches. It's super easy to install the plug-in on your browser (incl Chrome). That way, rather than financing Google with your searchers, you plant trees!

We made to the top-3 of the Rabobank Duurzame Innovatieprijs 2019! The winners announcement was during the super cool Springtij festival on the island of Terschelling. Unfortunately we didn't become number one this time. But nevertheless very proud of making it to the top-3.

Planting trees: the most cost-effective way to reduce global warming.

"Adding nearly 1 billion hectares of forest could remove two-thirds of the roughly 300 gigatons of carbon humans have added to the atmosphere since the 1800s. 1 bln would be enough without any other measures."

We hope we'll be able to add-in a little in that approach!
