A true creative at heart, India is pursuing a career in fashion and photography after graduating with a double major in Politics and History from Sydney University. Throughout her studies, India has worked as a fashion buyer and brand liaison for Mosman boutique Fox and Dove, which has given her a valuable insight into the pressures faced by developing labels. India also

worked as a production assistant on the first season of Fashion Bloggers, an experience that reinforced her motivation to work in the industry. More recently, India has worked with brands such as Ralph Lauren, Lover, Camilla and Marc, Kookai, SIR the label, Strand Hatters, Anna Quan, Watson X Watson, Casey Tanswell, Stone Cold Fox, 2ndskin, Third Form, Inder Dhillon, Sarah Jane Knapp, and Lack of Colors.

Living and working internationally brings me immense joy and I feel incredibly proud to have built a business in London. But there are times where it’s hard to be so far away from home. Right now, while my home is burning, I feel further away than ever. To do my part to help my Aussie family, I’ll be donating 20% of my January and February bookings to bushfire relief funds. Here are two images I took at our family’s property on the South Coast, which has been so ravaged in the last few weeks. We’ve all seen the devastating images - but here the beautiful gums are green and spectacular. The Bush will regenerate, and we’ve seen it start to sprout again, but the loss of life and homes will leave a lasting legacy of fear. We will rebuild, but we will never forget.
