National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER) is a constituent institute of the University of Dhaka. NITER is the first ever Public-Private Partnership (PPP) educational and research institute of our country that is jointly running by Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA), Bangladesh Textile Mills Corporation (BTMC) under the Ministry of Textiles and Jute. Within a short spa

n of time, NITER has become one of the best educational institutes of the country and established itself as a role model in engineering education. Engineering program in (1) Textile Engineering from 2010-11 session, (2) Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from 2016-17 session (3) Fashion Design & Apparel Engineering (FDAE) from 2017-18 session (4) Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and (5) Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from 2019-20 session under the faculty of Engineering & Technology of the University of Dhaka to meet the ever-growing demand of the technology driven world. in Textile Engineering course under the Faculty of Engineering & Technology and MBA in Textile & Apparel Value Chain under the faculty of Business Studies of the University of Dhaka.
