𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

• Collaborate with C-suite, Engineering, UX, and Data teams to shape and deliver product roadmaps
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements using UML, BPMN, user stories, and wireframes
• Draft detailed BRS, SRS, RTM, Epics, and user manuals
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor products, and identify high-impact opportunities
• Coordinate UAT, validate system functionality, and deliver end-user training
• Demonstrate software products to stakeholders and ensure adoption

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or SaaS product environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), Jira, Confluence, Bizagi Modeler, Figma, Draw.io, Balsamiq
• Familiarity with OOP, programming languages, RDBMS, APIs is a plus
• Experience creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and other visual aids
