Postgraduate degree (First Class Honors) from a recognized university.

Minimum 15 years’ experience as Vice Chancellor (graduate/postgraduate level) OR Principal (Higher Secondary College).

Strong knowledge of national education regulations & curriculum.

Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and education management systems preferred.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Lead academic excellence across Science, Humanities & Business Studies streams.

Supervise staff, manage operations, budgeting, and resources.

Foster student development through co-curricular & extracurricular programs.

Ensure safety, discipline, and a positive campus environment.

Represent the college in public forums and maintain strong community engagement.

Current/retired Principals or Deputy Principals.

Retired Armed Forces Education Corps (Major level) officers.
