এবারের Job Fair-এ ২০টিরও বেশি স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান ও নিয়োগদাতা সংস্থা স্টল নিয়ে অংশগ্রহণ করবে। চাকরিপ্রার্থীরা সরাসরি প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিনিধিদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ, CV জমা, প্রাথমিক বাছাই, সাক্ষাৎকার এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ইন্টার্নশীপ প্রাপ্তি এবং On-the-Spot Recruitment-এর সুযোগ পাবেন।

The session provided valuable insights into effective teaching strategies for supporting academically weaker students.

NOTICE:

City University is going to organize the “Gateway to Global Opportunities: Career & Education Expo 2026” on 25 August 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the City University Auditorium and Campus.

The Expo will feature a Job Fair and On-the-Spot Recruitment, providing organizations with opportunities to promote their company, showcase career opportunities, collect CVs, interact with students and alumni, and conduct recruitment activities.

In this regard, all alumni are requested to inform the respective Department if they know any company, organization, or potential employer that may be interested in participating in the Expo with a recruitment/promotional stall.

Interested students and alumni are requested to contact the Department at the earliest so that the concerned organizations can be formally invited.

📣 Orientation Program of Batch 39

The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), City University, organized the Orientation Program for Batch 39 to warmly welcome the newly admitted students. The event was attended by all faculty members of the department. The Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Fouzia Ferdous, delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging students to pursue academic excellence and active participation in university life. The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), City University, celebrated the Closing Ceremony of Batch-32, organized by the students of Batch-32.

The event was graced by Brigadier General Professor Dr. Engr. Md. Lutfor Rahman (Retd.), Honorable Vice Chancellor, as the Chief Guest. Prof. Dr. Kazi Shahdat Kabir, Pro Vice Chancellor, and Lt. Col. M. M. Golam Mohaimen (Retd.), Registrar, attended as Special Guests. The session was chaired by Dr. Engr. Fouzia Ferdous, Professor and Head of the Department of EEE.

As part of the programme, the Department also organized a Project Showcase and Poster Presentation, highlighting students' innovative ideas and technical excellence. Certificates were awarded to the Champion, 1st Runner-up, and 2nd Runner-up teams in recognition of their outstanding performances.

The event concluded with the participation of faculty members and students, making it a memorable celebration of achievement, innovation, and the journey of Batch-32.

Congratulations to all the participants and award winners, and best wishes to Batch-32 for their future endeavours! 🎓✨
