I decided to prepare 🦆 and 🥔 for two, bought from
The confit ducks were microwaved, instead of oven/pan-fried, out of convenience. The creamy mashed potatoes were microwaved as well. For the gravy, I bought a pack of mushroom gravy from the supermarket.
Even without the crispy skin, the confit ducks were flavourful, tender and juicy. The mashed potatoes were creamy and flavourful.
Not bad on my first attempt. Will try pan-frying or oven-grilling it the next time.
