The 2nd Clare Hall, University of Cambridge – University of Macau (UM) Forum was successfully held in the UK. Following the inaugural event in Macao last year, this year’s forum at Clare Hall brought together scholars from both institutions to foster interdisciplinary dialogue on global sustainability.

Led by UM Vice Rector Mok Kai Meng and opened by Clare Hall President C. Alan Short, the delegation engaged in deep discussions covering earth systems, sustainable infrastructure, and emerging tech like 6G and brain-computer interfaces. Building on over two decades of collaboration, UM and Cambridge will continue to take turns hosting this annual forum to drive impactful research forward.
