Call for Applications – DAAD COSIMENA Summer School in Egypt 2026
Dear Students,
We are pleased to invite applications for the DAAD COSIMENA Summer School in Egypt 2026.
The program includes both virtual and in-person phases. The in-person phase will take place in Mansoura, Egypt, from 12 to 16 October 2026.
We are looking for 8 participants who are currently enrolled at a German university and belong to one of the following academic levels:
- Master’s students
- PhD candidates
- Postdocs who completed their master’s degree within the last 5 years, in accordance with DAAD eligibility rules
Eligible disciplinary backgrounds:
- Engineering: Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering
- Computer Science / IT: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Medical Informatics, Information Systems
Selected participants will receive support for:
- Travel
- Accommodation
- Local transportation
- Catering
This is an excellent opportunity to gain international academic exposure, engage in interdisciplinary exchange, and connect with peers and experts in your field.
