Today, students from the T-Course, W-Course, M-Course and G-Course completed the state and internal German exams of the Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) SS2026 at the State-Approved Studienkolleg Halle-Merseburg (SKHM) at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Merseburg). 📚✍️

The German exam results together with the pre-grades (Vornoten) form an important part of the final FSP evaluation.

🎓🇩🇪 State FSP exams SS2026 at SKHM begin now.

250 international students of SS2026 have officially qualified for the state FSP SS2026 at the State-Approved Studienkolleg Halle-Merseburg at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences (SKHM). 🍀

The official written state FSP examinations will take place from 01–05 June 2026 at SKHM.

The State-Approved Studienkolleg Halle-Merseburg at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences (SKHM), founded in Germany in 2016, prepares international students for admission to German universities through the T-Course (T-Kurs), W-Course (W-Kurs), G-Course (G-Kurs) and M-Course (M-Kurs) foundation college programs and independently conducts the official state FSP examinations (Feststellungsprüfung — the German university entrance examination for international applicants) at SKHM. 🎓🇩🇪

As of April 2026, SKHM has more than 1,800 graduates from over 80 countries. Today, SKHM graduates study across Germany in fields such as medicine, engineering, business, computer science and political science.

🇩🇪🇶🇦 Visit of the German Embassy Doha at SKHM during EduExpo Qatar 2026 🎓

Today, on 24.05.2026, Ms. Kerstin Vaessen, Head of the Cultural Section at the German Embassy Doha, visited the booth of the State-Approved Studienkolleg Halle-Merseburg (SKHM) during EduExpo Qatar 2026 in Doha, Qatar. 🇶🇦

The SKHM was very pleased about her visit. Ms. Vaessen was personally welcomed by Mr. Ming CHENG, Director of the SKHM. During the meeting, both sides exchanged ideas about current and potential German-Qatari cultural and educational cooperation projects. 🤝

Eng. Youssef Elwan, CEO of UniGerman.Qatar and operational project management partner of the SKHM in Qatar, also reported positive application numbers from students in Qatar for the upcoming Winter Semester in Germany. 📈

The visit also reflects the recognition of the work of the SKHM in preparing international and Qatari students for studying in Germany. Since 2018, the SKHM has also prepared Qatari government scholarship students for their academic pathway to German universities. 🇩🇪🎓

🎓 Dr. Alexander Vogt, Lord Mayor of the German City of Halle (Saale), recorded a greeting message for the students of SKHM during the district conference of the German city of Halle in the SKHM hall on May 6, 2026. 🇩🇪

The SKHM – State-Approved Studienkolleg Halle-Merseburg at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences – has been officially state-approved in Germany since 2016, is based in Halle (Saale), and, as of April 2026, has successfully graduated around 1,800 students from more than 80 countries.

Many SKHM graduates have continued their university studies in Germany, and some of them now even work in the city administration of Halle (Saale), reflecting the successful integration of international students into the local community. 🏛️🇩🇪

In his greeting message, the Lord Mayor especially expressed his hope that international SKHM graduates will remain in Halle (Saale) or the surrounding region after passing the internal state FSP exam with preliminary grades (Vornoten) and completing their university studies in Germany. This also reflects the appreciation and support of the City of Halle (Saale) towards SKHM and its international students.
