Born from a university project and a bold idea no one thought would work, FAZUA was founded in 2013 by two friends with a shared obsession: making e-bikes feel like real bikes. Just the pure joy of riding – with a little extra. By 2015, our first drive system hit the road and shook up the industry. Today, FAZUA continues to challenge the status quo – designing minimalist, beautifully integrated e-

bike systems that deliver a ride so smooth, you’ll forget it’s electric. Since 2022, we’ve been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH, and the journey’s only picking up speed.

After last week’s news, there were understandably a lot of questions. We’ve collected them all and will answer them as openly as we can. Please understand that there are some things we cannot comment on.

But one thing’s for sure: We’re not leaving you stranded.

Today is a difficult day for us: a decision has been made to discontinue FAZUA operations.

FAZUA has always been about more than technology; it’s been about a different way of riding—lighter, more natural, more connected. And most of all, it’s been about a passionate community that believed in that vision. To every rider, partner, and fan: thank you!!!

Your trust, your feedback, and your energy have positively shaped FAZUA from day one. We know this news comes with uncertainty. What remains unchanged is our commitment to you: the support for FAZUA systems -- service, warranty, and the availability of spare parts -- through our dealer network for years to come. Keep riding with the confidence that we’re still going to support you. If you need any FAZUA service or parts, please contact your local dealer.

Quick reality check, served just in time for bike season.

Tire pressure. After months of inactivity, inner tubes lose air. Too low = sluggish. Too high = zero grip. Somewhere in between = suddenly you’re a better rider.

Chain situation. If it sounds like a rusty shopping cart, it’s not “character”. Clean it. L**e it. Your drivetrain will thank you.

Battery health. Cold storage + neglect = unpleasant surprises. Charge it, check it, don’t just hope for the best.

Your legs. No software update available here. Maybe start with shorter rides for now.

Bike ready > you ready.
