Those who know me well are aware of my admiration for Nietzsche's philosophy. During a conversation with my wife today, I was reminded of one of his books, *Thus Spoke Zarathustra*. In it, one of his famous quotes reads, "Verily, I have often laughed at the weaklings who think themselves good because they have crippled paws!" I have always been captivated by his ideology of power, as he believed that power is the ultimate purpose and motivation of man. This concept of power includes overcoming not only external obstacles but also those within oneself. I find myself pondering what true power is and whether I possess it. Is it found in money, strength, kindness, or position? Or is my power nothing more than the illusion of my metaphorical crippled paws?
Food for thought.
