The H₂ Markets Winter School officially commenced today at the American University in Cairo. Funded by the DAAD, the H₂ Markets project unites the University of Cologne, Mohamed V University, the British University in Egypt, and the American University in Cairo to advance hydrogen education. The opening day featured dynamic discussions, expert-led sessions, and rich cross-cultural exchanges, laying the foundation for a transformative week of innovation and learning.

Day 2 of the H2 Markets Winter School at AUC brought powerful insights into real-world hydrogen transitions. Participants explored hybrid solar–wind systems for green hydrogen storage and ammonia production, followed by an 'H2 Reality Check' on market realities, global hydrogen trade routes, and climate change challenges. Supported by the DAAD and delivered in partnership with the University of Cologne, Mohamed V University, BUE, and AUC, the program continues to build a new generation of hydrogen-focused changemakers.
