The Chairman of the Warrap Students’ Union in the Arab Republic of Egypt was officially invited to attend the Honoring Ceremony of Graduates organized by the Jonglei State Students’ Union in Egypt on January 29, 2026, under the leadership of Chairman John Manyok Deu.

During the event, the Chairman represented the Warrap Students’ Union and appreciated the invitation extended to the Union’s office. On behalf of the Union, he congratulated the graduates on their successful completion of studies and also commended the leadership of the Jonglei State Students’ Union for their dedication and continued service to their students.

The Chairman further encouraged the graduates to take the knowledge and skills they have acquired back home, where they are most needed, to support community development.

Yesterday, on 25th March 2022, Warrap Student’s Union In Egyptian universities and Higher institutes celebrate the official inauguration of the the year 2021 and welcoming of the newly admitted students in the Egyptian universities and higher institutes as day program attended by all the invites guests and general public.

Under the “Journey of thousand miles starts/begins with one step”

It was most enjoyable. It was held when students were free from their colleges as Friday.

The aim of organizing this event was to show the public and other students and Community unions that Warrap students Union in Egypt have officially established it

To make the program more engaging and interesting, some activities and performances were also prepared by the students and dancers.
All the presents students were awarded the certificate of appreciation and recognition for their tireless efforts to reach this far and there were ticket certificates to community unions who happened to have attend the event. They were very happy and waiting for more of they kind of events to be held again by Warrap student’s Union in Egypt

The activities that were carried out included dance, representation of the newly admitted students, artist performed that included Deng Abuk and so forth, some dancing group of Bienhom and Lol of Jieng Twic Mangardit and many more. During performances, the chairlady, secretary of academic affairs and the wife of the Governor General Aleu Ayieny Aleu who initiated this Union to come into existence plus the representative of the embassy of South Sudan in the Arab Republic of Egypt came forward to give the appreciation certificates to the students and other communities who were invited to the program

At last, the chair lady delivered a speech in which he thanked the audience and all the invited guests.
She encouraged the newly admitted student to focus and have more time with non other then their books and she ask all the Warrap students in Egypt to stand talk with the Union which is the main aim that will United us all during this season of peace and unity in our country and worldwide.

She also explained the struggling to make the Union progressive and the event was got over successfully.

Public Announcement

Warrap Student’s Union In Egyptian Universities and Higher institutes office is hereby to informed all the South Sudanese living in the Arab Republic of Egypt to attend her first functional event.

The event is to do the inauguration of their first office since the foundation and to celebrate the welcoming ceremony of the newly admitted students for the year 2021-2022.

The public are welcome and allowed to feel free during those hours of the event but on-site attendees must abide by
the City’s and global posted COVID-19 rules.

When: Friday , March 25, 2022, 4PM

Where: El Matareya Club(Pharoah) next to Matareya Metro Station.

Your present will be highly appreciated with honour.
