⚠️ Registration Policy

* Each participant may register for one week only and one specialty only.
* Participants who have already attended Weeks 1 , 2 or Week 3 are not eligible to register for Week 4.
* Mentors who have already received an official mentor acceptance email are not eligible to apply as participants.
* Submitting multiple registration forms will result in the automatic cancellation of all registrations.

❗️ Eligible Departments

* 3rd Year Students: All COP departments except Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, and Research.
* 4th Year Students: All COP departments except Rheumatology and Research
* 5th Year Students: All COP departments.
