نحو نموذج رائد للجامعات الذكية
في إطار توجيهات الأستاذ الدكتور شريف يوسف صالح رئيس جامعة بورسعيد، شهدت الجامعة خلال عامين طفرة نوعية في التحول الرقمي والبنية التكنولوجية لتصبح نموذجاً رائداً للجامعات الذكية، وأثمرت عن الإنجازات التالية:
1. البنية التحتية ومركز البيانات (Data Center)
* تجهيز المركز والخوادم: تجديد شامل بنظام إطفاء معتمد، تبريد مركزي (15 حصاناً)، وباب مصفح، مع رفع التجهيزات إلى 38 خادماً فعلياً (59 افتراضياً) لاستضافة الموقع الرسمي و16 تطبيقاً جديداً.
* التوسع الشبكي: تجديد شبكتي كلية الهندسة (820 نقطة) ومبنى العريش وتحويله لمدينة جامعية (385 نقطة) مع ربط منظومة الباركود، بالإضافة لمشروعات جارية بكليتي الآداب (217 نقطة) والحقوق (184 نقطة).
* الإشادات الدولية: استقبل المركز زيارات رفيعة من الأستاذة الدكتورة سوسن كريشان (المديرة العامة لمركز الخوارزمي للحساب الآلي والمديرة العامة للمركز الجامعي للنشر بتونس)، والبروفيسور الدكتور ماريو فوبل (الرئيس التنفيذي لجامعة شتاينبايس الألمانية Steinbeis University).
2. المنصات والتطبيقات البرمجية (16 تطبيقاً)
* الخدمات الإدارية والمالية: منصة مستحقاتي، منصة التحصيل الإلكتروني، نظام الدعم الفني، ونظام تسجيل حضور الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات.
* الخدمات الأكاديمية والطلابية: منصة بيانات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، نظام الإرشاد الأكاديمي، نظام الاستبيانات الطلابية، نظام إظهار النتائج والتقييمات، منصة الكتاب الإلكتروني المطورة، ونظام التحقق من صحة الشهادات.
* الخدمات المجتمعية والبحثية: منصة الخريجين، نظام إدارة المدن الجامعية، منصة "معاً" للتكافل، منصة الدورات، نظام المكتبة الرقمية، منصة المجلات العلمية، وتطوير الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي.
3. التدريب، التعليم الإلكتروني والمكتبة الرقمية
* التدريب والتأهيل: تنفيذ 40 دورة تدريبية لـ 1,500 متدرب سنوياً (معتمدة من المجلس الأعلى للجامعات)، وتأهيل أكثر من 200 كادر إداري ومسؤولي IT.
* التعليم الإلكتروني: منصة متكاملة تخدم أكثر من 25,000 طالب في 14 كلية لـ 5,000 مقرر دراسي، وتوفر 2,500 كتاب إلكتروني سنوياً.
* المكتبة الرقمية: فحص الاقتباس والتشابه لـ 1,526 بحثاً و933 رسالة و691 بحث ترقية، تفعيل حسابات 1,233 باحثاً على (بنك المعرفة المصري، اتحاد المكتبات EUL، وGoogle Scholar)، تسجيل 542 عنوان رسالة، وإيداع ومطابقة 595 رسالة (عامي 2025 و2026).
4. الهوية البصرية والتسويق الرقمي
* إنتاج 26 بوستراً و16 فيديو ترويجي للكليات والبرامج.
* توثيق الإنجازات عبر 28 فيديو توثيقي للزيارات الرسمية.
* تصميم الشعار الرسمي لقطاعات الجامعة والتطبيقات المستحدثة.
وتستمر جامعة بورسعيد بخطى واثقة في رحلة التطوير والتحديث في مسيرة متواصلة نحو الريادة الرقمية، حيث الإبداع والابتكار رؤية يصنع بها المستقبل.

Towards a Leading Model for Smart Universities
Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Saleh, President of Port Said University, the university has witnessed a remarkable transformation in its digital infrastructure and technological systems over the past two years, strengthening its position as a leading model for smart universities.
Key achievements include:
1. Infrastructure and Data Center
Facility and Server Upgrades: Comprehensive renovation of the Data Center, including a certified fire suppression system, central cooling (15 HP), and a reinforced steel door, expanding capacity to 38 physical servers and 59 virtual servers to host the official website and 16 newly developed applications.
Network Expansion: Infrastructure overhaul at the Faculty of Engineering (820 network points) and the Al-Arish building, which was converted into a university dormitory (385 points) with barcode system integration. Ongoing network projects are also underway at the Faculties of Arts (217 points) and Law (184 points).
International Visits: The Data Center hosted high-level international visits by Prof. Dr. Saoussen Krichen (Director General of the Al-Khwarizmi Computing Center and Director General of the University Publishing Center in Tunisia) and Prof. Dr. Mario Faubel (CEO of Steinbeis University, Germany).
2. Digital Platforms and Applications (16 Applications)
Administrative & Financial Services: My Entitlements (Mostahaqaty) platform, Electronic Payment platform, Technical Support system, and Meeting/Conference Attendance Registration system.
Academic & Student Services: Faculty Member Data platform, Academic Advising system, Student Survey system, Results & Assessment system, Enhanced E-Book platform, and Degree Verification system.
Community, Housing & Research Services: Alumni platform, Dormitory Management system, "Ma'an" (Together) Social Solidarity platform, Training Courses platform, Digital Library system, Scientific Journals platform, and a complete revamp of the official university website.
3. Training, E-Learning, and Digital Library
Training & Staff Qualification: Conducting 40 training courses annually for 1,500 trainees (accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities), along with qualifying over 200 administrative and IT personnel.
E-Learning Platform: An integrated platform serving more than 25,000 students across 14 faculties for 5,000 courses, providing 2,500 e-books annually.
Digital Library Services: Citation and similarity checks for 1,526 research papers, 933 theses, and 691 promotion-related research papers. Activating accounts for 1,233 researchers on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, the Egyptian Universities Libraries Consortium (EUL), and Google Scholar, alongside registering 542 thesis titles, and archiving and matching 595 theses (for 2025 and 2026).
4. Visual Identity and Digital Marketing
Production of 26 promotional posters and 16 promotional videos for faculties and academic programs.
Documentation of official visits and achievements through 28 videos.
Design of official logos for various university sectors and new applications.
Port Said University continues its journey of development and modernization with confident steps, reaffirming that these achievements are merely milestones in a continuous pursuit of digital leadership—where innovation remains an unyielding passion and technology shapes the future.
