تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور/ عاطف علم الدين – رئيس الجامعة،
وفي إطار حرص جامعة شرق بورسعيد الأهلية على تعزيز الجوانب التطبيقية لدى طلابها، وترسيخ روح الابتكار والمنافسة، والمشاركة الفعّالة في مختلف المحافل العلمية،
شاركت كلية الهندسة بالجامعة في فعاليات معرض الأزهر للتطبيقات الهندسية في دورته السادسة والعشرين، والذي أُقيم بمركز الأزهر للمؤتمرات بمدينة نصر، بمشاركة واسعة من طلاب كليات الهندسة بمختلف الجامعات المصرية، وبحضور نخبة من القيادات الأكاديمية والهندسية.
وجاءت مشاركة الكلية من خلال مجموعة من المشروعات الطلابية المتميزة، التي قدمها طلاب برنامجي هندسة الميكاترونيات والأتمتة وهندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة، حيث عكست هذه المشروعات مستوى متقدمًا من الإبداع والابتكار، وقدرة واضحة على توظيف المعارف الأكاديمية وتحويلها إلى تطبيقات هندسية عملية تواكب متطلبات سوق العمل والتطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة.
وقد حظيت هذه المشروعات بإشادة وتقدير كبير من الحضور والمتخصصين، لما تميزت به من أفكار مبتكرة، وروح عمل جماعي، إلى جانب تقديم حلول عملية قابلة للتطوير في مجالات هندسية متعددة.
وقد تمت المشاركة تحت إشراف:
الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور/ محمد محمد السقا – مدير برنامج هندسة الميكاترونيات والأتمتة،
والدكتورة/ أسماء راضي أحمد – مدير برنامج هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة،
وبمشاركة المهندس/ أحمد كراوية، والمهندس/ عبد الرحمن فاروق – المعيدين بالكلية.
كما شهدت فعاليات المعرض حضور الأستاذ الدكتور/ سلامة جمعة داود – رئيس جامعة الأزهر،
والأستاذ الدكتور/ محمود صديق – نائب رئيس الجامعة للدراسات العليا والبحوث،
والأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد سعد – عميد كلية الهندسة للبنين بجامعة الأزهر،
والأستاذ الدكتور/ أحمد القاضي – وكيل الكلية للدراسات العليا والبحوث،
إلى جانب عدد من القيادات الأكاديمية والنقابية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب.
ومن جانبه، أشار الأستاذ الدكتور/ عاطف علم الدين – رئيس الجامعة إلى أن ما يقدمه طلاب كلية الهندسة يعكس تحولًا حقيقيًا من التعلم النظري إلى الإبداع التطبيقي، مؤكدًا أن الجامعة تراهن على عقول طلابها وقدرتهم على تحويل الأفكار إلى حلول واقعية، وتمثيلها بصورة مشرفة في مختلف الفعاليات الهندسية.
وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار استراتيجية الجامعة لدعم الابتكار وريادة الأعمال، وتنمية المهارات العملية والبحثية لدى الطلاب، بما يعزز قدرتهم على المنافسة في مختلف المحافل العلمية والهندسية، ويسهم في إعداد خريج متميز قادر على الإبداع وخدمة المجتمع.
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, President of the University,
As part of East Port Said National University’s commitment to advancing applied learning, fostering innovation and competitiveness, and promoting active engagement in scientific forums, the Faculty of Engineering participated in the 26th Al-Azhar Engineering Applications Exhibition, held at the Al-Azhar Conference Center in Nasr City. The event witnessed broad participation from engineering students representing universities across Egypt, alongside distinguished academic and engineering leaders.
The Faculty’s participation featured a distinguished selection of student projects presented by students of the Mechatronics and Automation Engineering Program and the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineering Program. These projects demonstrated a high level of creativity and innovation, reflecting the students’ ability to translate academic knowledge into practical engineering solutions aligned with labor market needs and contemporary technological advancements.
The projects received wide acclaim from attendees and domain experts, who commended their innovative concepts, strong teamwork, and the delivery of practical, scalable solutions across diverse engineering disciplines.
The participation was supervised by:
Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mohamed El-Sakka – Director of the Mechatronics and Automation Engineering Program,
Dr. Asmaa Rady Ahmed – Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineering Program,
with the participation of Eng. Ahmed Karawia and Eng. Abdelrahman Farouk – Teaching Assistants at the Faculty.
The exhibition was attended by Prof. Dr. Salama Gomaa Dawood, President of Al-Azhar University; Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Sedik, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saad, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering (Boys), Al-Azhar University; and Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Qady, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, in addition to a number of academic leaders, faculty members, and students.
Commenting on the participation, Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din emphasized that the projects presented by the Faculty’s students reflect a genuine transition from theoretical learning to applied innovation. He affirmed the University’s confidence in its students’ capabilities to transform ideas into impactful, real-world solutions and to represent the University with distinction in national and international engineering platforms.
This participation aligns with the University’s strategic vision to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, enhance students’ practical and research competencies, and prepare graduates equipped to compete effectively in the evolving global engineering landscape, while contributing meaningfully to community development.
