We are seeking qualified, creative, and enthusiastic English teachers to join our EYL program. The ideal candidates will have experience teaching English to young learners and a genuine interest in creating engaging, supportive, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
This is a freelance teaching opportunity, with teaching assignments offered based on program needs and course availability.

โข Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons for young learners.
โข Use a variety of interactive activities, games, songs, stories, and communicative tasks to support language learning.
โข Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages young learners to participate and communicate.
โข Adapt teaching approaches and activities to accommodate different levels, learning needs, and abilities.
โข Monitor learnersโ progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.
โข Maintain accurate attendance and student performance records as required.
โข Follow the program curriculum, teaching guidelines, and assessment procedures.
โข Communicate and collaborate professionally with the EYL team and program administration.
โข Monitor learnersโ participation, progress, and development throughout the course.
โข Conduct and mark assigned quizzes, assessments, and other learner tasks in accordance with program guidelines.
โข Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records and student performance records.
Complete and submit required marks, grades, attendance records, and other academic documentation within the specified deadlines.
โข Provide constructive and age-appropriate feedback to learners to support their language development.
Requirements
โข Teaching qualification: CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, TEYL, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, is not a must but an asset. A young-learner-focused qualification is preferred.
โข At least 3 years of English teaching experience, with experience teaching young learners strongly preferred.
โข BA/BS degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
โข Strong classroom management and communication skills.
โข A genuine passion for teaching and working with young learners.
โข Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Additional Qualifications
โข Experience teaching English in school or language-centre settings.
โข Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methodologies and young learner development.
โข Additional professional development or certifications related to teaching English to young learners.
