A couple of days ago, I organised a webinar for students going to Rouen, where they will pursue a Master's degree in engineering. The main speaker was the person in charge of youth and student affairs, in the city council. He was talking to them about what the city of Rouen had to offer.
Before he ended the session, he shared his email id with the students and told them he'd love to catch up with them over a coffee and may be even show them around, if time permitted!
It's this side to the French, no frills, no fancies, that I love.

L’ESIGELEC est présente à l'occasion de la première édition des "Rencontres Santé Numérique" sur le site de l'UFR Santé (Bâtiment Stewart) jusqu'à 14h.

L'occasion pour les équipes de recherche de l'IRSEEM de présenter le fauteuil roulant intelligent du projet ADAPT (projet européen cofinancé par le programme Interreg VA FMA).

Organisée par le Campus Santé Rouen Normandie et le Pôle TES pour la première fois à Rouen, cette matinée d’échange et de débat sera l’occasion d’aborder collectivement tous les enjeux d’avenir autour de la formation, de la data, de l’éthique, de la coopération entre l’hôpital et les acteurs de l’innovation, la place du patient, le financement, la gouvernance, etc.

The thrill of an initiative taking shape! ESIGELEC becomes the first French HEI to sign up with UpGrad! We are SO excited about the promise that this association holds!

The course is a three-and-a-half-month long. Learners can also avail post-study work visa support and career support, after course completion.

They will spend the next few months at Dublin City University on an exchange programme. Wishing them much success and fun!

Meet the 47 students of the second batch of ESIGELEC’s Offshore MSc programme in Electronic Embedded Systems, in partnership with University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). The opening was presided over by the Vice-President of UESTC, Mr Xiong Caidong (on site) and the Director of ESIGELEC, Mr Etienne Craye (online). Faculty and admin staff were also present onsite and online. The programme is offered entirely out of China.
