π³οΈ Vote IRINA-CRISTINA BOGDAN as your 1st choice for President of Education and Welfare at https://lnkd.in/dh5_rVQ.
This year has been particularly challenging and I admit I have been to counselling. But, why do we need to "admit" we've been to counselling. Why can't it be a normal thing?
I have learned so much about myself, why I feel in a particular way, and how I can take care of my mental health to be resilient and keep studying and enjoy life.
Mental health is something many students struggle with, and counselling can help. It's something we should all try and be open about, yet not many know these RGU led and RGU student-led services even exist.
So, here is objective number 4:
Increase access to and visibility of RGU counselling services.
We should all feel well and have good mental health to study and enjoy life. I really think we need this more than ever.
Counselling can help us understand why we feel low sometimes or lose interest in the things we usually enjoy, such as work, friends, family, relationships.
I want to increase access to and visibility of counselling services at RGU, breaking the stigma associated with mental health, and help you have a productive and positive outlook on life.
