Shaping the Future of Public Health

Our incredible Level 6 Medical Biology learners recently took over the Boardroom to present their final Dissertation Research Projects.

Their presentations truly highlighted their hard work, research skills and academic achievements. Our Senior Management Team even attended to witness the fascinating presentations firsthand.

The learners showcased advanced academic theory and practical knowledge of a wide range of topics from tackling bacterial contamination in water to innovative pathogen-fighting methods.

A Stunning New Mural Comes to BCUC

A fresh art piece is now brightening up our Burnley College University Courses building!

Our BA (Hons) Art and Design students dedicated their time outside of the classroom to creating this incredible piece titled ‘Pillars of Purpose’, weaving our core values into every detail.

Debbie Smith (second photo), who led on bringing the design to life, explained that the mural’s abstract triangles symbolise community, growth and the journey beyond graduation - which is at the very heart of what we do at BCUC.
