TRS is a new approach used by employers in the advanced engineering and manufacturing industry (AME) to recruit graduates for jobs, internships and placements.

UK TechMasters Awards

Don’t just think about doing a Master’s degree, think about doing something worthwhile with it: UK TechMasters Awards can be your starting point!

The UK TechMasters Awards consist of six scholarships per year of £5,000 each. The first £3,500 for tuition fees and paid directly to your university is awarded when you have been chosen as an UK TechMaster scholar and the final £1,500 handed over once you have completed a placement within the EADS Group. We ensure the further development of these technical areas by not only financially supporting you but also by allowing you to connect with managers in our Group as well as other internationally minded individuals.
Terms and Conditions

Applicants must have an offer letter to study for an MSc course at a recognised UK University within an aerospace or defence field.
EADS TechMasters Award recipients must make themeselves available to attend at least one EADS UK event. All costs for these are covered by EADS.

EADS TechMasters Award recipients must find a work placement within EADS and thus become eligible for the second instalment of the award, post-placement.

Compulsory documents

Applicants have to attach following documents to their application:

a CV
two reference letters
an offer letter to study for a MSc course at a UK University

Please note that if the four described documents are missing, your application will not be taken into consideration.

To be responsible for overall administrative functions for ASB Travel Solutions Ltd.,/ and Germanic-London
Main Responsibilities:
ASB Travel Solutions Ltd is a sales representation for incoming services that sells tours to Great Britain and Ireland, Morocco, South Africa and Dubai and UAE, our partner agencies in those countries handle the business we sell to our clientele i.e. tour operators mainly based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Germanic London is a social website organising 3 parties a year in London plus a few other events during the year.

To update our website regularly – learn Typo3 programme to do so.
Internet research on new tours and products for all our destinations
To maintain the company’s database, regular updates
To undertake research into both existing and new markets and sectors for future potential.
To help with marketing ideas to promote our products to clients from our database.
To perform secretarial/administrational tasks like filing, writing letters, making appointments, sending offers, chasing agencies and clients, update the logbook ect as and when necessary.
To input all new requests into our system, forward them to the relevant partner agencies – make sure the offers go out in time – chase the agencies if offers are not delivered within the deadline – chase clients for updates once offer has gone out. Keep agency and Director informed about updates on stage of offers.
To make frequent follow up calls to our clients
To cold call and undertake new research for the database
To do minor accounting tasks and ensure commissions for ASB Travel Solutions have been invoiced
To help sending out the weekly newsletter

Skills:
Ø Excellent communicator at all levels
Ø Organised and able to structure work effectively
Ø Be confident in speaking and writing English
Ø Be able to work in a team orientated environment
