The voting period will open at 12pm on Monday 18th March and will close at 12pm on Tuesday 19th March

The available positions are:
President

Events manager
Social media officer

Well done Sadie! 👏🏼

Students enjoyed hearing from SWGS alumna Sadie about her degree studies in Forensic Science at lunchtime yesterday.

Sadie shared her journey through A-levels and her challenge to find the right degree course to suit her. She was inspirational in sharing her journey to success at University of Kent and talked us through various aspects of her course, which included ballistics, face recognition and explosives work. Sadie reflected on finding a learning style that worked for her at Uni and encapsulated her journey with the quote: ‘Do your best and be happy with that’.

It was great to have another SWGS alumna back in school to share their story. If you feel you could contribute in this way, we encourage you to get in touch as it is inspirational for our students.

Unfortunately the Forensic Science Society Committee are unable to make the Big Fair on Tuesday but we are going to set a stall up on Wednesday between 12pm-2pm in Ingram foyer!

Come along for freebies and socialise with other members of the society!

Due to popular demand we have decided to host another murder mystery event for society members!

The sign up form for this event will be released this Saturday! So make sure to remember to register your name and email address along with up to 3 other people if you wish to participate as part of a group!
