Ester's Kitchen Ester's Kitchen is the brainchild of me, Charlotte Katie, a food-loving student from Yorkshire. We're not professional bakers, but one day we hope to be.

me semblance of a life! Home is where the heart is, and the heart of our home is the kitchen. We have a little food philosophy: 'Made with Love', and we really mean it, however cliché or gimmicky it may sound. We've found baking together to be a great bonding activity over the years, and we both get so much pleasure from delivering delicious baked goods to friends, family and 'customers'. I started this little blog as a way of promoting our little family baking business and documenting the recipes I'm trialling and adapting - a process I use as a major creative outlet. I'm trying to shift the focus from selling cakes to my absolute love of being in the kitchen and creating sweet treats. I hope to develop the blog so that it becomes something on a par with the amazing foodie blogs I follow. It started off as a bit of a hobby, became a bit of an obsession and snowballed from there!
