We have received a number of questions from students who have recently applied for their Student Finance and are having difficulties completing their online enrolment. Once you have made your application for Student Finance, please complete your online enrolment indicating that Student Finance are paying your fees. You will be asked for details of your student finance application and once these are checked you will be approved to enrol. Please bear with us as this is a manual process and our finance team are working through this information as quickly as possible.
Please also be aware that if you have made your application to Kingston recently (through clearing) you may not yet have had your fee assessment completed. Your fee assessment allows us to confirm if you should pay UK or International fees so, if you havenโt already, itโs really important that you complete this information and return this to us. Once you have returned your fee assessment questionnaire, we will be able to review this and confirm your status. Please note that if your fee assessment is still outstanding or under consideration, you will not see this as an outstanding task on your enrolment checklist. We appreciate this has been confusing for students who have applied for student finance, so please bear with us. As soon as your fee assessment is completed, we will be able to review the details of your student loan application and resolve this task.
