ASK (Advice, Support, and Knowledge) Service - The ASK Service is your one-stop student enquiry service. Staff can offer you guidance on a wide range of personal and academic issues and make appointments with specialist staff where needed. Student Registry - The Student Registry is responsible for enrolment,degree results, exam process and timetable. We also provide essential advice and support to
all other academic and administrative departments. Student Funding - We are about giving money out to students – rather than collecting it in. We deal with Student Loan Company, bursaries, scholarships and hardship funds
Counselling and Mental Health - We provide short-term support to Lancaster University students. Our aim is to help students to manage any problems or issues so they can continue with their studies. Student Disability - Disability Support is part of Student Wellbeing Services. The University has been developing services for students in this area for over 20 years and aims to help all prospective and current students who have a disability. International Services - We provide advice and guidance on visas and other immigration matters. We issue the confirmation of acceptance to study (CAS) that international students need for their visa. We operate a drop-in at the Base for quick questions, and we are happy to arrange a longer appointment with one of our advisers for more complex queries. Student Accommodation - Our award winning accommodation has been named ‘Best University Halls’ for the fourth year running in the National Student Housing Survey 2013, based on the feedback of our residents.
