Well, we will be at the event with the NEW project selling recipe bags and sharing details of the new space in the centre of Lincoln 🙌🏻🙌🏻

If you are there over the weekend, pop and say hi, the team will be looking after you on Saturday but I will be there all day on Sunday ☺️

🥥 Chunky Coconut Dhal

🥔 Comforting Cottage Pie (intentionally upside-down so you can flip out to eat at home)

🍝 Chunky Tuscan Pasta

All will be available as frozen ready meals and on a menu rotation each day as the takeaway 'hot dish' of the day 🍽️

These yummy meals are in good company too, there's lots more options on the menu follow for more updates 🌱

I have to say, after a period of (intentional) calm and significantly less foodie stuff, mostly to focus on PhD studies and also to make sure Ruby was settled at Uni.. It is lovely to get back to it.

Planning for the new project and making sure the details are 'Gemma approved' before launch - and I am a VERY fussy customer 🤣

Popped to see Ruby at Uni today and had the most fabulous vegan roast - Totally reminded me of our Sunday dinners at The Allotment.. The focus on seasonal veggies and quality homemade GOOD food is totally my vibe 💚

If you are in the area I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. We will definitely be back (quite a lot! 🤣)

Now that we are in November and the chilly Autumnal evenings are coming in thick and fast, most of us are in need of good, nourishing comfort food! 🍲🍲🍲
