For your ease you can book an appointment to speak to a member of the Student Advice & Wellbeing Team online. Its simple, just a few clicks and you can see our availability for both mental health support or more generalist student advisers!

Student Advice & Wellbeing is located in The Hub. Our reception desk is immediately on the left as you enter the building. Come and speak to Britta on reception or ring the bell on the desk for a member of the team to come out to see you. We're here to support applicants, new and continuing students.

What is Student Advice & Wellbeing?

We are a non-judgemental, confidential, professional student advice service. We provide the following:

- Generalist welfare advice and specialise in money advice and expert financial guidance for students regarding student loans and grants
- Provide support for students with physical disabilities, specific learning differences, autism, mental health conditions, and medical conditions to facilitiate more effective engagement with studies
- Specialised mental health support and access to counselling
- Support for students with caring responsibilties
- Co-ordinating financial support and other sources of assistance for care experienced students

This list is not exhaustive, so please do come along to see us if you have questions or think we can help... usually we can provide assistance or signpost to appropriate services.
