We cannot promise that every late request can be accommodated, as preparations are now moving into their final stages, but we will listen, consider each situation individually, and see what we can reasonably do to help.

Today, we honour the life and legacy of His Royal Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV of Tooro Kingdom, Uganda - a king whose crown represented far more than title. It represented duty, identity, service, and responsibility to his people.

We had the privilege of knowing him and working with him on his biography, and we will remember a man of dignity, humility, grace, and a profound sense of responsibility.

His presence may leave our sight, but the values he embodied and the lives he touched will endure.
