NOMINATIONS AND WHAT’S HAPPENING NEXT YEAR 🌈👩🏽‍🔬👩🏻‍🔬🧑🏿‍🔬👩🏼‍🔬🧑🏻‍🔬🌟 Hello all! Our President Laura Masiulionis, Treasurer Charlotte Moore & Art and Media Coordinator Florence Seddon-Tarpey are graduating this year and we would like to wish them the best in their future careers and stages in life!

Now - out with the old and in with the NEW! This is the prime moment to change your academic experience and really step up to the plate. Nominations are open for President and Treasurer, but other positions are still open and can be sorted for next year by just messaging us now. These opportunities will change you as a person and as a student and it’s down to you to take that next big step. It’s exciting, challenging, satisfying and life changing. Get to know what goes on behind the scenes, get involved, and make a change for QMUL. Didn’t like something this year? CHANGE IT! Loved something this year? Continue the legacy and be a part of it!

Hey everyone! Join us this coming Wednesday for LGBTea 🏳️‍🌈
- a BioSoc event celebrating the QMUL LGBT History Month, with professional guests from Kew Gardens, Oxford University and QMUL. 🎓🧬

This will be a discussion-type event focusing on STEM careers, with shared experience & tips in finding a supportive and inclusive work/study environment.📚✏️

LGBTea with Academics 🏳️‍🌈 an event for students and academics to meet and discuss careers and experiences, this month dedicated to LGBTQ+ individuals in STEM.

Thank you everyone for joining us in the lovely guided walk in Epping Forest! We learned a lot about the history, conservation, flora & fauna of the surrounding area, which has been incredible!🌳🍂

A reminder that our trip to Epping Forest is TOMORROW!

We will be meeting at East Gate (QMUL Mile End) at 1PM, otherwise you can also meet us at Chingford Overground Station at 2:30PM. We will meet the Head of Conservation there, who will be giving us a tour of the forest! 🌳

This is a collaboration with the Queen Mary Zoological Society, and we look forward to seeing you all there! 😄

Epping Forest trip is Tomorrow 🎉
We will be at East Gate from 1 to leave as a group at 1:30!
If you want to make your own way there meet us at Chingford overground station at 2:30 as that is where we are meeting the Head of Conservation of Epping Forest who is leading the trip!
