LSBU IoD Student Members attended an amazing business forum/event hosted by the Institute of Directors London along with Gallup where business leaders and IoD members shared insights and perspectives on Creating a Culture of Sales Performance and Engagement! The event, that took place on 18th July 2018 in the Shard, was an opportunity not only to get invaluable knowledge on how to boost employees and team performance by focusing on strengths, rather than weaknesses, but it was also a great opportunity to network and enjoy interesting conversations at the networking reception afterwards.
