We never know what we might find in amongst the most unexpected places.

Important documents, jewellery, money, keepsakes, skeletons (yes I have come across one of those in a loft before 😆) ... and precious memories.

Why doing it properly is such an important and valuable process.

Splash 'em don't stash 'em!!

Spray 'em don't just display 'em!!

Use 'em don't lose 'em!!

Get the gist? 😁 Don't keep your fave things hidden away for best. Or hang on to things you don't even like "just in case".

Know what you have and use what you've got.

Surround yourself with beautiful things that you love and are a joy to see, even out the corner of your eye. You deserve it.

This applies to anything in your home. Whether it's nice fancy perfume, make up, shoes, clothes, crockery, anything.

It's not just perfume and cosmetics that will go stale over time... The clutter around you whether it's stuffed in cupboards, drawers, boxes under the bed, holds stagnant energy. Bleurgh.

You'll also always end up buying duplicates of things when you don't know or can't find what you already have.

So, if you do have items that you know you're not actually keen on and never really want to use. Then what are they there for?

They're in the way. Get them out. Pass on or sell to someone who will be grateful to have and use them.

Celebration time for one of my clients 🎉 🎉 🎉

Handed back the keys to the storage lock up they've been renting for YEARS after a previous house move.

Aswell as a refund for the rest of the month, they also got their deposit back which they'd totally forgotten about. Bonus!!!

Bit by bit we've been emptying and going through everything. Still a bit to do with what's left, but handing those keys back has been a great win!!!

Best thing is there's a lovely antique family heirloom that will soon be heading up to family on the mainland, for a refresh and a new start 🥰

I celebrated my 21st birthday at the OXO Tower restaurant in London many moons ago. I'm guessing they're completely separate also ha.
