As for many it's a long weekend, last one until dare I say it, Christmas, why not take a minute to check your emails & pay your invoice to save me having to take time out of the very busy working day to remind folk we don't work for free.... Just a suggestion....

My team really do know how much I love a before & after.... Not just cleaning the bits that are visible, getting in the nooks that can easily be forgotten...

Please be advised, those that are late paying this will count towards the 3 strikes & service is terminated, whilst we accept accidents happen & things get forgotten, we think 3 times in a rolling 12 months is enough for a small business to have to accept... Also when payment is late details will be passed straight over to a collection agent & this will mean an admin charge of up to £35 & 1.5% above the bank of England's base rate additional charge being added to your outstanding invoice... We do not wish to have to take these measures but with some frequent flyers taking the pi55 we will be enforcing the T&C's signed up to at the commencement of services, respect & trust works both ways!

A quick message from the ol' boss lady, as we are now in the throws of the summer holidays, everybody who is already a customer will be attended as normal, however potentially with myself or a different team member covering, that being said, if you have a member of the team turn up to cover & you are in situ please treat them with the same courtesy as the regular person & if there is anything specific that I may well have forgotten to mention to them please do so, whilst I do try to remember the specifics of every job there are a fair few of you wonderful lot & some details may well slip this tired brain! Our diary is closed now to any new customers until at least September, those lucky few newbies that nabbed the few slots we had open up, your bookings are in & secured... Now, all of you, have a wonderful summer! I look forward to catching up with as many of you as possible when I'm covering!
