KITE College Learners Interview Practice

Yesterday our learners had the exciting opportunity to meet and speak with employers, putting into practice the skills they’ve been developing during tutor time — from introducing themselves, to confidently answering the classic “Tell me about yourself” interview question.
After their introductions, learners took the lead by asking the employers questions about their job roles and organisations. The event aimed to build confidence when communicating with employers, strengthen speaking and listening skills, and give learners insight into a range of career paths.
Although they were nervous, our learners rose to the challenge and made a fantastic impression. It was incredible to see their confidence grow throughout the event 👏
