Need a little extra support with your PhD? If you’re feeling low, anxious or just need someone to talk to, you can now turn to our Doctoral Researcher Mental Health First Aiders for help.

They’ll be able to talk to you about any mental health or wellbeing concerns you have, and help you find further support should you need it. You can reach out to them by email – you can find their contact details here
