It is time to cosplay neurotypical people and create pointless arbitrary rules to follow brought forth through the medium of cards. 1001 cards is where we create cards with completely different rules.

I literally cannot specify this any further. When I say anything I mean anything. Last time we were forced to listen to the musical masterpiece that is Jackie's box, a poor soul got sent to a bar numerous times and a guy died. Twice.

It's time to sit back and unwind with dougsoc. This week is a lovely picnic. Food will be prepared by our own sandwich rep with different allergies in mind. The event will be from 6-8 at the field behind the library.

All douglings are welcome to this event! This includes those who have graduated already, those who have been forcibly transmutated to ducks by the student union, our friends who have transcended the mortal realm into

It is with a heavy that i must confess something to you my fellow douglings.

Every one of us is steeped wite sin.

Our glorious leader has brought woke into wholesome christian battle. My predecessor has failed to put us on grindr. Even I have fallen from grace, instead making pregnant art of donald trump.

Fortunately our sins will be cleansed by this week event; Specs Ops where we will use holy water* to spray each other with water guns.

Join us at this holy event at V-bar 6pm where we will journey to the battlefield/ Holy temple of heslington hill( the one behind the library) at 6;30 pm

Please remember to bring towels and spare clothes. The baptism will not work if you die of hypothermia

*The water has not actually been blessed by a priest so some would say its noy holy. But i essay god created the water therefore it is so suck it

They have failed us. York Su the government, the world. People in desperate need of answers but none to be found. How are we supposed to fix our problems? What solutions could possibly save us? As the world gave into despair. The council of dougsoc joined to do what was right. To grant the world one last hope….

It’s a bit like Art Attack!, in that we do creative things, but there’s a twist!

We have a big roll of paper! And we’re going to do multimedia on it! And hopefully, this’ll become our new committee handover tradition, because Throwing Things From High Places… just ain’t it anymore.

So! Join us, in 20:00 V-Bar or 20:30 D/L/047 to make your mark on DougSoc history!

An Annual General Meeting is where we elect our new committee. If you’d like to run DougSoc for the next academic year, come along!

To exercise your democratic rights as a student, make sure you have purchased DougSoc membership, then come along to V-Bar 20:00 tonight, or 20:30 in D/L/047.
