🇰🇷🏙️ Against the stunning backdrop of Namsan Seoul Tower, over 50 gathered in Seoul for a first-of-its-kind Networking Reception on 5 June. This memorable evening was hosted by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO), with the HKU Development & Alumni Affairs Office and the HKU Business School Korea Alumni Network as co-organisers.

🍃 The event welcomed a diverse and vibrant alumni community in Seoul, with graduation years spanning more than two decades—from the Class of 2005 to the upcoming Class of 2026—and from nine different faculties. Across generations, HKU alumni bonded over lively conversations, sharing fond memories and stories of their time in Hong Kong and at HKU.

🏙️🏢Architecture Degree Show 2026

The Degree Show is an annual exhibition showcasing thesis projects produced by the Master of Architecture [MArch] and Master of Architecture (Design) [MArch(Design)] final year students. The exhibition also features works from our MArch and MArch(Design) Programs, the Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies [BA(AS)], the Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Design+ [BASc(Design+)] and Research Postgraduate Program. These projects represent the students’ reflection, vision and imagination of the built-environment, their concerns with the social and cultural milieus as well as their determination to engage in and design new spaces for contemporary conditions in our societies.

大學堂檔案組今年再度獲邀參與香港國際檔案週。今年的大會主題為「存檔見藝」，正如其所及，檔案管理絕非只是冷冰冰的存檔、存倉工作，更在於如何讓珍貴藏品煥發生機。例如本館收藏的銀杯及獎盃乍看只是塵封陳列櫃的擺件，但其實它們對於傳承舍堂傳統舉足輕重－檔案組每年均會特別處理，用於舍堂活動中！
