Uni Hall has been operating as student accommodation since 2013. With over 10 years excellent experience in operating student accommodation, we believe that Uni Hall can provide a convenient and professional student accommodation with excellent services for you to stay.

Uni Hall is for residential accommodations. Therefore, cooking facilities, refrigerator and washing machine are provided inside each residential unit. Living in Uni Hall will make you feel like at home.
3. Specially for students or graduates (teaching staff are also welcome) 👩🎓🧑🎓
Uni Hall is specially designated for providing accommodation for students. Non-academics such as tourists, backpackers, business travellers, kids, etc will not be allowed to stay in Uni Hall.

Service and Management are currently provided by the renowned worldwide professional management company Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services Limited with 24 hours professional management and security services so that parents can be at ease while their loved one are far away. Students can also focus on their studies and no need to worry about small issues related to their living.

Our residential units are very spacious and to suit different needs, we offer a diverse range of accommodation types from 1 person living alone to 2 persons, 3 persons or 4 persons living with others (bedroom or studio).
On the 2nd floor, Uni Hall also has a common use area, study area, entertainment area, sports area, etc. Students can enjoy themselves and meet with others.
7. Each residential unit is equipped with bathroom, kitchen and standard electrical appliances
Each residential unit is equipped with bathroom and kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer function) and cooking facilities such as induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc. Students can conveniently use these electrical appliances inside their own residential unit.
8. Free fiber optic high-speed wifi
Free fiber optic high-speed wifi provided in each residential unit, we currently use the largest network provider in Hong Kong, PCCW. So you can enjoy doing homework, doing research, watching movies, playing online games etc with such high-speed wifi.
9. Uni Hall provides services to help students to find others to share (same gender)
If you would like to share a residential unit with others, Uni Hall can also provide assistance (same gender).

Each residential unit comes with furnishers such as study desk, chair, wardrobe, security box, LED desk lamp (with EyeCare protection), bed, mattress, a set of brand new beddings such as pillow, pillow case, quilt, quilt cover and bed sheet for each student, so students can bring their own bag and move in hassle free.
12. Easily accessible
Conveniently located near the Sham Shui Po MTR Station and Shek Kip Mei MTR Station by just about 5 mins walk. Other public transportation (e.g. buses, minibuses) links directly to some popular districts in Hong Kong such as Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay etc.

It takes only over 10 mins by car to reach M+ Museum, Hong Kong Palace Museum, The West Kowloon Cultural District and big shopping mall.

Right after the semester exam, Uni Hall arranged an unwinding activity exclusively for our dear residents to spend a beautiful day at Pacific Club. Luxurious private club’s buffet lunch with spectacular views across Victoria Harbour to Hong Kong’s unique skyline was ready for participants to enjoy at free. In addition, a team from an international company including training director and graduated schoolmate was invited to share how to facilitate post-graduate career planning in order to best meet individuals’ personal growth and success.
