Recharge: 50-min of Serenity HKU Campus Hike

Stuck in the office/ lecture and want to breathe fresh air during lunch break? Let’s check out the hiking routes from HKU campus!

The Centre for Sports and Exercise introduces two leisure hiking routes from the main campus. Going outdoors gives you the opportunity to rest and reset; and improve physique. Colleagues and students can download the app “Hiking Trail HK”, then follow the routes* we recommended. Details of two routes are as below.

Safety Guidelines for Hiking:
- Never go hiking alone and good to hike with experience hikers.
- Those who suffer from chronic illnesses are advised to consult the doctor before go.
- Download the app and follow the designed path.
- Take small amount of money, water and fully-charged mobile phone.

運動攀登學會定期在香港大學何鴻燊體育中心16米攀石牆或田徑場旁的水塔舉行攀石同樂日，與各位一同爬石、切磋技巧、交流心得。有興趣的同學，只需50元正的會員費，便可以全年免費參與攀石同樂日。
