E-month What is E-month@HKUST? GAP E-Month@HKUST is coming! Various activities and events will be held during this period, check them out!

It is a one-month-long green campaign for the entire UST community in March, it aims at promoting green life style through daily habits. Bring Your Own Mug Campaign
Mugs give to you for FREE if you REUSE them!!! Buy Green Ambassador Program's Mug at HK$5 at the canteen's cashier of LG1, LG7 ( Asia Pacific and Golden, Rice Bowl and Milano Fresh ), Coffee Shop
Enjoy HK$1 discount when buying drinks

with the container and the cost of the mug will be redeemed at the fifth purchase of drinks

2. Eco-tours
(i) Eco tour to Sai Kung
Want to know more about the ecology in Hong Kong? Want to explore more about local festivals and village life? Join our eco-tour to To Kwa Ping! Date: 10th March , 2012

(ii) Tai O Cultural and Ecological Tour
Through visiting homes of the villagers, we can know more about Hong Kong fishery history and its relation with sustainable development. Trade for Green – second hand exchange market
Give your unwanted stuff a second life! We have set up a platform for HKUST members to exchange second handed products from 12 – 16th March, 2012.

4. Learning trips exhibition
A group of Green Ambassadors went to South Africa and Taiwan during winter break. They are eager to share their experience and insights with you all! Date: 19 – 23rd March, 2012
Venue: Atrium

(i) Wildlife Conservation in South Africa
15 Green Ambassadors would like to share with you their wildlife monitoring experience in South Africa. Come to our exhibition and ceremony to know more about issues of wildlife conservation. They are going to introduce to you the endangered species there and the issues of illegal hunting and poaching in the exhibition. (ii) Green Policy in Taiwan
Come and find out more about the innovative environmental protection policies and practices in Taiwan at the Overseas Learning Trip Exhibition in E Month! Our Green Ambassadors have prepared insightful materials to share with you all about their experience and ways they have been impacted in the course of the trip. 多謝大家呢幾日咁支持，科大同學、職員拎左好多有用物品俾我地！有大量小說、教科書、CD、電影、衫、電腦用品...聽日就係最後一日Trade for Green喇，之前拎過stamp既各位，記得黎拎返d心水物品走！:D無印仔既同學，亦可以係活動...

聽日就係最後一日Trade for Green喇，
之前拎過stamp既各位，記得黎拎返d心水物品走！:D

無印仔既同學，亦可以係活動尾聲3:00-3:30pm，
拎走一至兩件物品！
最後餘下既物品我地會捐俾慈善機構 :)

Tomorrow will be the last day of Trade for Green!
If you have contributed anything before,
please come and see if you would like to take something away!
Even if you did not donate anything, tmr at 3:00 pm,
you may still come and take something which you find it useful.
We have loads of CD, fiction, textbook, electronic appliances etc.
