Every now and then, it is one step and one decision for us to open the door and go through darkness to get to the light.
It is the love that keeps us through the darkness and leads us to the colourful world. Love revitalizes us.

有時是一步之遙或一個決定，讓我們打開大門，通過黑暗，到達光明。
愛讓我們渡過黑暗，引領我們走向五彩繽紛的世界。愛令我們恢復生機。

[ReDefinition重新定義]

What does hurricane mean to you? Does it mess up everything or block your way? Most of the time, we think that hurricane is a hinder for us to pursue our dreams and goals. Yet, our lives can be, at the same time, reinforced and strengthened if we go through the hurricane. Whether it is a hinder or an opportunity to grow depends on your definition of it.

颶風對你來說意味著什麼呢？它會弄亂一切，還是阻擋你的路？大多數時候，我們認為颶風阻礙著我們追求夢想和目標。然而，如果我們經歷過颶風，我們會強得更加強大。到底是阻礙，還是成長的機會，這取決於你對它的定義。

[ReDefinition重新定義]

A cashapon is our childhood memory. We insert a coin and hope to get the toy/ figure we desired.
Life is like a cashapon machine. You desire something, but you cannot control what you will get. No matter what comes in our lives, keep calm and take a deep breath. There are always meaning, purpose and good thing in everything. Please choose to believe and to redefine it your way.

扭蛋機是我們的兒時玩意。我們投入硬幣，希望能扭到自己想要的玩具。
人生也如扭蛋機般，我們希望得到某些東西，但有時會事與願違。無論怎樣，請安靜下來深吸呼。每一件事情的背後都總有某個意義、目的和好處。請選擇相信，並用你的方法去把事情重新定義。

咩係復元？

簡單黎講，復元唔代表無精神病嘅徵狀，亦唔係一個終點。

佢係一個過程，好個人化嘅，向住一個自己選擇嘅目標，一步步咁進發。佢正如所有過程一樣，都有起起伏伏。呢個過程會由復康者負責同主導，但有時都需要其他人嘅參與同幫助。

What is recovery?

Recovery is not the absence of psychiatric symptoms, or a finishing point.

It is an individual and unique journey towards a personally designed goal. It involves ups and downs. The person in recovery takes responsibility and directs the process, while help from various parties are involved at times.
