1. 65歲或以上中國籍?

香港是一個人口急遽老化的社會, 據統計, 全港人口中約有13%為65歲以上長者。而每5位長者中就有一位患有輕度認知障礙(MCI)。有輕度認知障礙長者患上老年痴呆的機會為正常長者的十倍。臨床研究發現若在輕度認知障礙階段及早接受治療，不但可以廷遲發展成痴呆症的機會，即使發病也較輕微。
