Some afterthoughts on completing the 8-week MBCT course (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy):
*Peel the inner layers, like an onion
*Notice the different parts of me - fear, defensiveness, self-blaming & many many more
*Gratitude brings me joy
*Learning to sit with all the sensations
*Take things as is
Simply by noticing, over time all the "negative" sensations seemed to be more bearable.. I felt more at ease to complete all the requested homework practice. The concerns, irritability, and procrastination appeared previously... like dark clouds covering my eyesight, and it slowly cleared up as the practice went on.
I have always been interested in learning to improve overall well being & this course is definitely a big piece in the puzzle. 🙏
完成八週MBCT(正念認知療法)的課後紀錄一下:
*彷彿在剝洋蔥,往內在的層層深入
*察覺自己不同的身心感受 - 恐懼、防禦性、自我怪罪…等等
*感恩帶給我喜悅
*接受於當下的狀態
在簡單的察覺練習之下,漸漸的那些“負面”感受似乎越來越輕微... 我對於需完成的作業練習也越能輕鬆以對。之前心中存有的憂慮﹑煩躁與拖拉... 像是烏雲籠罩遮住了我的視線,也隨著練習慢慢轉晴露出光線了。
一直對如何提升整體的身心狀態很感興趣,這堂課可算是其中一塊拼圖。🤓
