On the second day of the semester, 2 September 2025, we kicked things off with an enlightening presentation on Israeli cuisine by Mr. Gil Hovav, renowned culinary journalist, TV personality, author and restaurant critic. Though we could not host a tasting session this time, we look forward to welcoming back Mr. Hovav and Mr. Amir Laty, Consul General, for another flavourful and insightful workshop soon!
