Here comes to our next South America country, Argentina!

We were glad to have Ms Janine Smink from Bodegas Salentein, Mr Luciano Costarelli from Benegas Wines and Mr Marcelo Marasco from Catena Zapata to guide us through a tasting of their signature Malbec wines, each showcasing the unique terroir and artistry that have made this varietal a global sensation. We have invited Ms Sylvaine Siu, Hong Kong Representative from California Raisin Administrative Committee and Ms Karen Kong, Director of Hong Kong & Taiwan from USA Poultry and Egg Export Council to give us a wonderful afternoon by introducing the jumbo California Raisins and USA Eggs! We made the raisin scones together with great joy during the cooking class which was led by Ms Samantha Tam, our Culinary Instructor from SHTM!

Although we are in Hong Kong, there are not many chances that we can learn about Chinese Teas and the pairing with Cantonese Dim Sum. We arranged this workshop to help promoting Hong Kong culture to non-Hong Konger and as well to let local people to have a deeper understanding on our daily food and drink.
