A really lovely Workshop today as part of Music Week arranged by Ms Mc Morrow. A fantastic group of students 🎶

The focus was on building confidence ahead of their practical exams — helping them to walk in prepared, take their spot and trust themselves when it’s time to perform.

Be Prepared. Be Seen. Be Heard.

A great session full of energy, honesty and lots of practical work around confidence and performance.

A huge congratulations to my past pupils who have recently been appointed as Senior Leaders in their schools.

These positions are not simply awarded — they are earned through commitment to school life, involvement in the wider community, representing their schools in a positive way, and demonstrating important life skills such as communication, teamwork, organisation, flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.

I am always incredibly proud to see students recognised for the very skills we work so hard to develop in Speech & Drama and Communication classes. Confidence, leadership, resilience and the ability to connect with others are skills that will serve them well throughout their lives.

Well done to each and every one of you on this wonderful achievement.
