DPS Civil Lines, Aligarh organised a Special Morning Assembly on 6 February 2026 to celebrate the outstanding performance of the four houses in the Inter-House Competitions conducted throughout the year under the Academic, Cultural and Sports activities.
๐Ÿฅณ Based on cumulative points, Chenab House emerged as the First Runner-up, followed by Jhelum House as the Second Runner-up. With the highest points, ๐†๐š๐ง๐ ๐š ๐‡๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž secured the ๐…๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง and proudly bagged the ๐‚๐จ๐œ๐ค ๐‡๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐“๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ก๐ฒ ๐Ÿ†. The prestigious trophy was awarded by the Principal, Ms Simran Sadhwani, recognising the consistent excellence, dedication, and teamwork of the students under the able guidance of their House Tutors.
๐Ÿ’ Addressing the gathering, the Principal congratulated all the houses for their spirited participation and emphasised that healthy competition nurtures leadership, discipline, and resilience. The assembly concluded on an inspiring note, celebrating unity, sportsmanship, and the pursuit of excellence.

๐Ÿฅณ The serene ceremony included a lamp-lighting ritual, prayer, a motivational song by Class IX students and a heartfelt blessing address by the respected Principal, Ms Simran Sadhwani. Important examination guidelines were shared by the Vice Principal, Mr Sharad Agrawal followed by an auspicious tilak ceremony, candle lighting and distribution of sweets.

๐Ÿ˜ The programme began with the welcome of the students and the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Principal Ms Simran Sadhwani, along with the Vice Principal and Senior Mistresses, followed by the serene Ganesh Vandana, creating a spiritually uplifting ambience.
๐Ÿฅณ Students of Class XI expressed their admiration through a heartfelt address and inspirational song, while the felicitation of all Class XII students acknowledged their achievements and contributions. Fun games, instrumental music and energetic dance performances added joy and vibrancy to the celebration.
