A message from the Headmaster for all parents and students of Pinegrove School.

Dear Parents,
Keeping in view the forewarnings issued by the Punjab Govt and expected heavy rainfall in North India, the weekend leave is being extend by two days.
It is requested to please bring the children back on Tuesday evening instead of Sunday (tomorrow) evening.
Children arriving on time tomorrow, shall be received in school. Not to worry.

On Friday, Sept 01, Ms Pranati Arora Bhalla visited and interacted with the young Grovian girls in the common room. She is an alumnus of Pinegrove School and is an imminent professional makeup artist based out of Mumbai and Amritsar.

In a very interactive session, she elaborated that a makeup artist is someone who uses cosmetic techniques and processes to create beauty upon the human body.
She told the girls that her career is extremely exciting and had different challenges every day.

She shared the story of her journey from the days after having completed her schooling at Pinegrove, in 1999.

She has been in this field for the past seven years and is associated with Film, Television and Entertainment industry. She has also been associated, very recently, with the renowned ‘Lakme’ Fashion Week.
Ms Praniti Bhalla gave a patient hearing and gave valuable tips to all the girly problems like acne, dandruff, dry skin and maintaining a healthy hair and skin regime.
We at Pinegrove express our gratitude to Ms Praniti Bhalla and as someone very wisely said, ‘It is only through the efforts of a Promethean pioneer that an art form advances.
We are sure that she has inspired some of the students to let their creative juices flow and add more colour to the canvas of their lives in days to come and to think of it as a career option to be a part of this exciting industry.

We wish her all the best for her future endeavours. May she scale greater heights in her career.
