The Organisation NIMTT was at first known as NITT (National Institute of Technical Training ) formed in the year 2004 in the month of June by a great visionist Mr Samir Nath , an Electronics & Telecomm Engineer and a Management Professional and Ms Nayna Nath , a General Graduate and Computer Graphic Designer.With the brand NITT , it introduced around 30 job oriented courses with monopoly coursewar
e and best industry demand syllabus. By the year end of 2005 the mission was to introduce some professional Management courses where both the visionist found that the name should have the word “management” within it and therefore the name suggested was “NIMTT” which was “NATIONAL INSTITITE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL TRAINING”
NIMTT was a Division formed under a resolution by the members of the Society named BAGHAJATIN MECHANICAL TRAINING EDUCATION SOCIETY, an Organization Regd under the Govt of West Bengal under Society Registration Act XXVI of 1860 in the year 2005.After the formation we have actively started to work in

The Organisation has it Registered Office at L1/9 , Vidyasagar Military Road, opp Baghajatin state general hospital ,1 st & 2 nd Floor, Calcutta-700047.The Organisation addresses business opportunities in the retail training and the education segment with a thrust on long term career courses and the high end short term courses in IT ,Multimedia and soft skill training.The Organisation also had a significant business at segment where it offered total training solutions to Govt , Corporate and working professionals. In the year 2006 the Management Body has thought to opt for quality policy and the Organisation has achieved the ISO 9001:2000 Certification. The Organisation has opened two branches in two places one in Calcutta city and the other in another state in Agartala in the state of Tripura. As we are always into development, the main members of the existing society ,The President and The Vice-President came together and formed a Company named NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India and Company Act of 1956 in the month of July 2008. The Brand “NIMTT” is also Registered under Trade Marks Registration Act ,Govt of India in the year 2009 April.
