Feedback About M.E.R.I From fleet management.

Dear cadet,
MERI has always been a preferred choice in India for shipping companies
while selecting trainees. These trainees are our pathway for success and
they prove to be the pillars of the company. Various owners / companies
only prefer to induct MERI pass outs and appoint them as their
representatives in various fields.

With leadership skills being inculcated in students through various
courses in their academia, MERI gives them an extra edge to manage and
handle multiple responsibilities. Their technological skills combined with
their managerial abilities make them more flexible in their thinking and
vision to contribute to their organization.

Today all shipping companies are capitalising on the leadership potential
of the young generation to drive success. Similarly, candidates are
dynamic, career-oriented and have their futures chalked out. Today's
youngsters recognise a company's preparedness to develop leaders and
prefer to be employed with a company whose goals are aligned with their
own. It is our primary goal to hire the candidates and train them right
from the entry-level, where our training institute Fleet Management
Training Institute (FMTI) is playing a vital role.
