Join our Hatha Yoga Sangraha course. It has 21 lessons each 20 minutes long. The course is taught by Sri Sridharan of KYM fame.

The course is based on the ‘Hatha Yoga Pradeepika’ on which was first taught by Lord Siva to Ma Paarvathi. Siva's words were overheard by a fish swimming in the nearby Manasarovar lake. Siva noticed the fish being motionless and understood that he had heard the whole thing and understood it. Lord Siva then gave human form to the fish who was later called Matsyendranath. The work is attributed yo his disciple Swatmarama.

The treatise is beautifully explained in the course with a complete explanation of important shlokas of the work. The course of 21 lessons cost Rs. 2,000 only.
